The Portland Trail Blazers have expressed an interest in acquiring point guard Jeremy Lin, according to a report from Sean Deveney of Sporting News.
Lin, 30, is in his first season with the Hawks. He is averaging 11.0 points and 3.5 assists, primarily off the bench.
The Blazers would like to add some backcourt depth behind point guard Damian Lillard and shooting guard C.J. McCullom.
Lin is making $12.5 million this season with an expiring contract.
The Philadelphia 76ers and New Orleans Pelicans have also expressed interest in Lin, Deveney reported.
It appears the Hawks are seeking a first-round pick in return for Lin.
