Brimah, Washburn sign camp contracts with Spurs

Former UConn center Amida Brimah apparently is headed to camp with the Spurs.

The San Antonio Spurs have agreed to Exhibit 10 training camp contracts with center Amida Brimah and Julian Washburn, according to Keith Smith of RealGM.

Brimah is 7-foot-0 and went undrafted out of Connecticut in 2017. He spent last season with the Austin Spurs of the G-League.

Washburn is 6-foot-8 and is the son of former NBA center Chris Washburn. Julian went undrafted out of UTEP in 2015. He has played both in the G-League and overseas.

The Spurs now have 18 players on their camp roster. Teams can carry up to 20. Camp starts next Tuesday.
