Jabari Parker was born and raised in Chicago. Would a return to the Windy City work for the restricted free agent?
According to Alex Kennedy of HoopsHype, the Chicago Bulls have expressed in the 23-year-old forward.
I'm told that Jabari Parker, who was born and raised in Chicago, has received interest from the Chicago Bulls. The 23-year-old is a restricted free agent, so the Milwaukee Bucks can match any offer sheet he signs.

Parker, 23, can be signed to an offer sheet, with the Bucks having the right to match, should they opt to do so.
Milwaukee selected Parker with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2014 draft. Parker has suffered two ACL tears. He and the Bucks held brief discussions before this last season began regarding a contract extension but nothing came of it.
Milwaukee dangled Parker in trade talks at the February trade deadline and Parker’s camp was well aware of it, league sources told Amico Hoops. Parker said in April he was uncertain about his future with the Bucks.
In 31 games last season, Parker averaged 12.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists, shooting 48.2 percent from the field and 38.3 percent from beyond the 3-point arc.
