Bulls sign shooting guard Strus to two-way deal

Bulls signee Max Strus spent the summer and training camp with the Celtics.

The Chicago Bulls have signed shooting guard Max Strus to a two-way contract, the team announced in a news release.

Strus is 6-foot-5 and went undrafted out of DePaul. He signed with the Boston Celtics for summer league and averaged 9.8 points. The Celtics released him last week.

Strus averaged 20.9 points and 5.9 rebounds as a senior last season with DePaul. He will likely spend most of his time with the Windy City Bulls of the G League.
