Canaan lands another 10-day deal from Timberwolves

Point guard Isaiah Canaan has reportedly received a second 10-day contract with the Timberwolves.

Point guard Isaiah Canaan has been signed to a second 10-day contract by the Minnesota Timberwolves, according to Michael Scotto of The Athletic.

Canaan, 27, averaged 6.0 points and 3.6 assists in his first six appearances with the T-Wolves.

The 6-foot-0 Canaan was a second-round pick of the Houston Rockets in 2013 and has bounced around the league since then. Along with the Rockets, he has spent time with the Philadelphia 76ers, Chicago Bulls and most recently the Suns.

He averaged 7.5 points and 3.3 assists in 19 appearances with the Suns this season.
