Clippers bringing back big man Motley on two-way deal

Big man Johnathan Motley appeared in 22 games with the Clippers last season.

The Los Angeles Clippers have re-signed big man Johnathan Motley on a two-way contract, according to Jovan Buha of The Athletic.

Motley, 24, also spent last season on a two-way contract with the Clippers, primarily playing for the Agua Caliente Clippers of the G League.

He did appear in 22 games with the Clippers, averaging 4.6 points and 2.3 rebounds in his second pro season.

Motley joins rookie Amir Coffey as the Clippers’ two-way players heading into next season. Each team is allowed two.
