Keith Smith of RealGM reported the Clippers extended a $1.8 million offer to Harrell, making him a restricted free agent July 1.
The Los Angeles Clippers have tendered qualifying offers to Montrezl Harrell & two-way player Tyrone Wallace. Both players are now restricted free agents and LAC can match any offer sheet they sign with another team. If Wallace signs the QO, he'll return on a second two-way deal.
