Israeli power Maccabi Tel Aviv has released former Xavier center Jalen Reynolds, the team announced Thursday.
“The agreement between Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv and Center Jalen Reynolds expired this week,” per a team statement. “The club informed the player that his contract would not be extended this season and thanked him for his efforts and contribution.”
Reynolds, 27, is 6-foot-10 and went undrafted by the NBA is 2016.
He has also played professionally in Italy, Spain, Russia and China. He signed with Macabbi Tel Aviv in December and averaged 5.7 points and 5.3 rebounds in 12 EuroLeague appearances.
EuroLeague officials remain hopeful of resuming play, though no decision has been reached.
