Atlanta Hawks swingman Kent Bazemore will miss the rest of the season with a bruised right knee, according to a report from ESPN.
The Hawks (20-47) have the worst record in the Eastern Conference and are likely shutting Bazemore down in an effort to evaluate their younger players on the roster.
Bazemore, 28, averaged 12.9 points per game this season for the lowly Hawks. He has two-years remaining on his contract and is set to make $18 million in 2018-19.
