Karl Anthony-Towns scored 26 points and grabbed 16 rebounds, and the Minnesota Timberwolves fought to a 98-86 home win over the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday.
Jeff Teague added 16 points for the Timberwolves.
The Spurs received 15 points and 10 rebounds from LaMarcus Aldridge.
The Timberwolves had been having their struggles defensively, but immediately put the clamps on the Spurs and never let up.
