UCLA star point guard Lonzo Ball has indicated he may only conduct individual workouts for the Los Angeles Lakers prior to the NBA draft.
Per ESPN: “Lonzo Ball is undecided on whether he will work out for teams other than the Lakers, a source close to Ball told ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne.”
The source told the website: “We will make that decision closer to June.”
Just talked w/ NBA agent. "If LaVarr tries to pull that s*it w/ Magic, Los Angeles will turn on him."

The Lakers own the Nos. 2 and 28 picks. They intend to look at “dozens of players” with those selections, a team source told ESPN. “The players under the strongest consideration at No. 2 right now are Markelle Fultz, Ball, De’Aaron Fox, Josh Jackson and Jayson Tatum,” ESPN reported.
Ball’s father, LaVar Ball, known for his sometimes wild statements and Big Baller Brand, has said he believes the Lakers will immediately make the playoffs if they draft Lonzo.
According to Lakers Nation:
“Following the NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday, Lonzo’s father, LaVar Ball, spoke with Lakers Nation about his son and what their plans are moving forward. LaVar, as charismatic as ever, doesn’t have any doubts as to whether or not the Lakers will select Lonzo second overall on June 22. ‘There’s no doubt in my mind whatsoever,” LaVar told Lakers Nation in an exclusive interview. ‘I’m going to say it again, in English, speak it into existence. In Spanish, speak it into existence. In Africa, speak that mother[expletive] into existence.'”
