Suns continue upswing, cut down Nets

Devin Booker and the Suns used a late run to put away the Nets.

Devin Booker scored 32 points and grabbed seven rebounds, and the visiting Phoenix Suns raced past the Brooklyn Nets 122-114 on Tuesday.

Well-traveled rookie Mike James added 24 points for the Suns, and T.J. Warren had 20 points and 12 boards.

Phoenix (3-4) improved to 3-1 since point guard Eric Bledsoe was fired and interim coach Jay Triano replaced Earl Watson.

D’Angelo Russell led the Nets with a game-high 33 points. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson added 21.
