Surprising Magic overtake Davis, Pelicans

Evan Fournier of the Magic, perhaps a fit with the Cavaliers, will see them in person tonight at The Q.

Jonathon Simmons, Evan Fournier and Nikola Vucevic scored 20 points apiece and the visiting Orlando Magic raced to a 115-99 win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday.

Marreese Speights added 18 for the surprising Magic, who improved to 5-2.

Anthony Davis led the Pelicans with 39 points and 10 rebounds, but DeMarcus Cousins had a fairly quiet night (for him) with 12 points and 12 boards.
