Beal, Wizards stymie Hawks, 113-94

Bradley Beal and the Wizards fought past the Hawks.

Bradley Beal scored 19 points and Markieff Morris and Kelly Oubre Jr. each had 18, and the Washington Wizards topped the visiting Atlanta Hawks 113-94 on Saturday.

Taurean Prince led the Hawks with 19 points.

The Wizards won the game primarily with defense.

“We emphasized that the last couple of days,” Morris said. “We had a couple of bad losses by not playing D. That has to be our identity.”
