Wall, Wizards thump Kings as Beal returns

Wizards guard John Wall may be nearing a return from a knee issue.

John Wall scored 19 points and passed for nine assists, and the Washington Wizards bounced back from a loss to the defending champions to trample the host Sacramento Kings 110-83 on Sunday.

Otto Porter Jr. added 16 points and Bradley Beal had 15 — with Beal’s effort coming one game after a well-documented fight vs. Golden State in the Wizards’ previous game.

Bogdan Bogdanovic paced the Kings with 15 points. Rookie guard De’Aaron Fox scored just two in his first start.
