The Minnesota Timberwolves are signing forward Amile Jefferson to a two-way contract, according to a report from Yahoo Sports.
Jefferson has been playing for the Iowa Wolves of the G League.
Jefferson, 24, went undrafted after four years at Duke.
He played for the Timberwolves’ summer-league team in Las Vegas, where he averaged 2.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 11.0 minutes per game.
He is the only player in Duke history to be named to the ACC’s All-Academic Team four straight years.
