New Orleans Pelicans star big man Anthony Davis bumped knees with Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard on Tuesday and is considered day-to-day, according to an ESPN report.
Davis underwent an MRI on his left knee and coach Alvin Gentry told reporters the MRI was negative.

In his first three games this season, Davis has been a monster, averaging 31.7 points and 17.3 rebounds while shooting 53.2 percent from the field and 45.5 percent from three.
Davis, a six-year veteran, has never played 82 games in a season and dealt with multiple lower body ailments.
