The Atlanta Hawks plan to guarantee the contracts of Isaiah Taylor and Tyler Cavanaugh for the remainder of the season, according to a report from ESPN.
Players on non-guaranteed deals have their contracts become guaranteed for the season if they aren’t waived by Sunday.
Taylor is a 6-foot-3 point guard out of Texas. He is averaging 5.0 points and 2.3 assists in 31 games (through Friday).
Cavanuagh is a 6-9 forward out of George Washington. He is averaging 5.3 points and 3.6 rebounds in 26 games.
Taylor is due $1.3 million this season, and Cavanaugh $679,000.
