Hornets exercise option on Kaminsky

Hornets center Frank Kaminsky is averaging more than 14 points in his first five games.

The Charlotte Hornets have exercised the fourth-year team option on center Frank Kaminsky, the team announced in a press release.

“We’re happy to have Frank as a part of what we’re developing here in Charlotte,” said Hornets general manager Rich Cho.  “His work ethic and commitment to improvement are showing early returns this season and we look forward to what the future holds for Frank.”
