The Dallas Mavericks have signed Antonious Cleveland to a two-way contract, and released two-way player Gian Clavell, the team announced Friday.
Cleveland is a 6-foot-6 shooting guard who had been playing with the Golden State Warriors’ G-League affiliate in Santa Cruz. He was with the Warriors in training camp but waived before the season. He went undrafted out of Southeast Missouri State and played for the Portland Trail Blazers’ summer-league team.
Clavell is a 6-4 shooting guard and the reigning Mountain West Player of the Year while at Colorado State. He appeared in seven games with the Mavericks, averaging 2.9 points.
