Dwyane Wade has a “list of places that I will look at” after completing a contract buyout with the Chicago Bulls, he said in an interview with the Chicago Tribune.
While LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are considered the favorites for Wade, who could sign with the team for $2.5 million, he did not elaborate.
“My phone is blowing up at this moment,” he told the Tribune. “What it’s about for me is looking for the right role. I feel I can still play.”
Wade, 35, averaged 18.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 60 games with the Bulls last season.
Along with his next destination, Wade discussed Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg, the Jimmy Butler trade and the buyout in the interview with the Tribune. You can read the whole thing here.
