Free agents Paul Millsap of the Hawks, left, and Blake Griffin of the Clippers are expected to be heavily recruited this summer.

After the Hawks traded Dwight Howard to the Hornets, ESPN reported that Atlanta is gauging the sign-and-trade market for Millsap, as it appears they are ready to start a rebuild.
