The Los Angeles Clippers and swingman C.J. Williams are finalizing a three-year contract, according to a report from Yahoo Sports.
Only a portion of the contract is likely to be guaranteed.
Williams has been a two-way player for the Clippers this season and a reliable member of the regular rotation when given the opportunity.
Williams, 28, is 6-foot-5 and went undrafted out of North Carolina State in 2012. He has spent time in the G League as well as overseas.
This is his first season in the NBA. He is averaging 5.3 points and 1.4 rebounds in 36 games with the Clippers (through Sunday), including 17 starts.
