The Los Angeles Clippers are waiving forward Jamil Wilson to sign guard Tyrone Wallace to a two-way contract, according to a report from ESPN.
Wilson averaged 7.0 points and 2.7 rebounds in 15 games with the Clippers this season. He also spent time with the Agua Caliente Clippers of the G League.
Wilson, 27, is a product of Marquette and has played professionally in Puerto Rico and Italy.
Wallace is a 6-foot-5 point guard and former second-round pick of the Utah Jazz out of Cal (No. 60 overall, 2016). As ESPN reported, he has been averaging 22 points for the Clippers’ G-League affiliate.
