Though he has been exiled by the New York Knicks, should Joakim Noah reach a buyout agreement with the team, several contenders could be interested in him.
Teams such as the Golden State Warriors, Minnesota Timberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder are believed to have interest in signing the veteran big man should be become available.
Noah, who signed a $72 million deal with the Knicks in 2016 and has two seasons remaining on that contract, has been away from the team since a January confrontation with coach Jeff Hornacek at practice. According to reports, Hornacek pushed Noah, who returned the shove before they were separated.
If Noah were to reach a buyout with New York and end up in Minnesota, he would reunite with Tom Thibodeau, his coach during his days with the Chicago Bulls.
