Former No. 2 overall pick Michael Beasley is expected to sign a one-year deal with the New York Knicks, according to a report from Basketball Insiders.
Parameters of the deal have yet to be released.

Beasley spent this past year with the Milwaukee Bucks, appearing in 56 games while scoring 9.4 points.
Scoring has never been an issue for Beasley, who figures to be a low risk, high reward type player for the Knicks.
He most likely will come off New York’s bench and be asked to score in bunches.
For his career, Beasley averages 12.6 points per game.
