Former Sacramento Kings forward Omri Casspi is drawing interest from the Los Angeles Clippers and Memphis Grizzlies, among others, according to ESPN.
Casspi was shipped from the Kings to the New Orleans Pelicans in late February as part of the trade involving DeMarcus Cousins.
But Casspi suffered a thumb injury in his first game and was immediately waived. He has been cleared to resume basketball activities, ESPN reported.
Casspi, 28, has also spent time with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Houston Rockets. He is averaging 6.1 points and 4.0 rebounds this season, his seventh in the NBA.
Because of the time he was waived, Casspi is eligible for the postseason.
