Bucks won’t pick up option on Vaughn

Bucks guard Rashad Vaughn will be an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season.

The Milwaukee Bucks have decided against exercising the fourth-year contract option on shooting guard Rashad Vaughn, according to a report from Michael Scotto of Basketball Insiders.

Vaughn will therefore become an unrestricted free agent at season’s end.

Vaughn, 21, has appeared in three games for the Bucks this season and is averaging 4.0 points and 1.0 rebounds per game. He was selected with the No. 21 overall pick in 2015, and averaged 3.5 points in 41 games (two starts) last season.
