The Sacramento Kings have parted ways with senior director of scouting Mike Bratz, the team announced in a press release.
“We agreed to part ways and appreciate all of his contributions to the Kings,” the Kings said in a written statement. “We wish him nothing but the best.”
Bratz, 62, is former NBA guard who spent time with the Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Golden State Warriors and others from 1977-86.
He has held an array of roles on the basketball operations side, including as an assistant coach, and has had multiple titles with the Kings. He also worked as an assistant coach and front-office exec with the Cavs.
Bratz has been with the Kings since 2013-14.
