Former NBA lottery pick Thomas Robinson has agreed to a contract with Russian club Khimki Moscow, according to a report from international reporter David Pick.
Robinson is a 6-foot-9 forward. He was drafted fifth overall by the Sacramento Kings in 2012.
He told HoopsHype in July that given the opportunity, he “could easily” be among the NBA’s top 10 rebounders.
Along with the Kings, Robinson has spent time with the Houston Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers, Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Lakers. He averaged 5.0 points and 4.6 rebounds in 48 games with LA last season.
He recently auditioned for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
