The New York Knicks have waived forward Troy Williams, the team announced Monday.
Williams averaged 6.3 points and 3.0 rebounds in 21 games with the Knicks this past season, his second in the league.

He has appeared in a total of 51 NBA games. He has also spent time with the Houston Rockets (10 games) and Memphis Grizzlies (24 games).
Williams, 23, is 6-foot-7 and went undrafted out of Indiana in 2016.
