The New York Knicks have waived forward Troy Williams, the team announced Monday.
Williams averaged 6.3 points and 3.0 rebounds in 21 games with the Knicks this past season, his second in the league.
Troy Williams' salary wasn’t fully guaranteed. A portion ($100,000) would have been guaranteed on Aug. 1. Another portion ($100,000) would have been guaranteed if Williams made the Opening Night roster. The majority would have been guaranteed in early January. https://t.co/wni7il8daB
