Another Stockton is getting a real contract from the Utah Jazz.
According to Yahoo Sports, the Jazz are signing David Stockton for the rest of the season after his 10-day contract expired Thursday. Stockton is the son of Jazz Hall-of-Famer John Stockton.
David Stockton, 26, has appeared in three games for the Jazz and is averaging 3.3 points. He has spent most of his time as a pro in the G League with the Reno Bighorns.
Prior to his time with the Jazz, his lone NBA experience came as a rookie 2014-15, when he played three games for the Sacramento Kings.
