Free agent forward Erik McCree has signed a two-way contract with the Utah Jazz, the team announced in a press release.
McCree is 6-foot-8 and averaged 16.2 points and 5.2 rebounds in 13 games with the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the G League this season. He played collegiately at Louisiana Tech, the same school that produced Jazz legend Karl Malone.
To make room for McCree, the Jazz also announced that they have waived forward/center Eric Griffin.
