Parker signs two-year deal with Hornets

Tony Parker is signing a two-year deal with the Charlotte Hornets, according to multiple reports.

Parker’s contract is worth $10 million.

Parker appeared in 55 games this past season with the San Antonio Spurs and averaged 7.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists, shooting 45.9 percent from the field and 27.0 percent from three.

Parker’s Hall-of-Fame run with the Spurs is now over. He’s been with the franchise since 2002 and has won four championships.

In 1198 games with the Spurs, Parker has career averages of 15.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 5.7 assists. He’s a six-time All-Star and was named the 2007 Finals MVP.
