First overall draft pick Markelle Fultz of the Philadelphia 76ers will miss the remainder of summer league after suffering a gruesome left ankle sprain Saturday night, according to a report by CSNPhilly.com
The Sixers later confirmed the report.
Fultz will need between 1-2 weeks to recover.

The Sixers guard needed help being carried off the floor after sustaining the injury, but Fultz tweeted this morning that he is in good spirits.
Fultz averaged 20.0 points in the two games he played in summer league.
