Markelle Fultz will miss the remainder of summer league due to a left ankle sprain.

First overall draft pick Markelle Fultz of the Philadelphia 76ers will miss the remainder of summer league after suffering a gruesome left ankle sprain Saturday night, according to a report by CSNPhilly.com

The Sixers later confirmed the report.

Fultz will need between 1-2 weeks to recover.
