The Philadelphia 76ers will be without small forward Robert Covington Sunday against the New Orleans Pelicans due to a lower back contusion.
Covington had a CT scan and X-ray on his back and the results were negative. He is being listed as doubtful for Tuesday’s game as well.

In his fourth season with the Sixers, Covington is averaging 15.3 points and 6.2 rebounds this year while shooting 44.9 percent from the field and 42.7 percent from three.
The Sixers enter tonight with a record of 13-12 and are on a three-game losing streak.
