The Phoenix Suns are continuing to create salary-cap space and are waiving point guard Tyler Ulis, according to a report.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports the 22-year-old Ulis will hit the free-agent market once he clears waivers.

The 5-foot-10, 150-pound Kentucky product averaged 7.8 points, 1.8 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.0 steals in 23.4 minutes in 71 games (43 starts) for the Suns last season.
