Warriors’ Curry, Durant out vs. Kings

The Golden State Warriors will be without superstars Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant when they host the Sacramento Kings on Monday.

Curry has a right hand contusion while Durant is still dealing with the same sprained left ankle which has kept him out of the last two games.

Curry is averaging 26.0 points and 6.3 assists this season, shooting 46.5 percent from the floor and 37.0 percent from three. Durant, meanwhile, is putting up 24.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and 4.7 assists, shooting 52.9 percent overall and 43.2 percent from beyond the arc.

Klay Thompson will be asked to carry the Warriors with Curry and Durant sidelined, but the sharpshooter says he won’t change how he normally plays and will let the game come to him within the flow of the offense.
