Warriors’ Curry has Grade 2 MCL sprain

Warriors guard Stephen Curry is a two-time MVP and owns three championship rings.

Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain in his left knee Friday and will be re-evaluated in three weeks, according to a report from ESPN.

The NBA playoffs begin Saturday, April 14. Curry could return during the first-round but expect the Warriors to be cautious.

The two-time MVP suffered a similar injury in 2016 and missed approximately two weeks.
