A premium new co-working space in Valencia

Nomadom Cospaces begins its journey with the launch of its first premium flexible space in Valencia under the name Nomadom Coworking Paseo Ruzafa. The new joint venture, with an area of more than 1,000 square metres, is located in the iconic building of Paseo de Ruzafa (20), next to Plaza del Ayuntamiento de València and Estación del Norte, a strategic enclave for business development. This opening is part of the ambitious project of the company Nomadom Cospaces, which seeks to position itself as a reference company in open, dynamic and flexible spaces to work and color in privileged locations.

The new space contains 150 workstations in both fixed and flexible modes and offers a virtual office tailored to the needs of each client. In addition, it is equipped with all kinds of high-level services and technologies, providing its users with meeting rooms of various capacities, telephone rooms, rest areas, kitchen and even spaces for organizing events. It is a specially designed workplace in an environment designed to promote the exchange of ideas and create new opportunities in which, in addition, all services can be managed through the mobile application.

Works started before the summer with a strong intention to transform this space into the project’s first signage and studio for interior design and architecture MOIZ, responsible for creating a high-level space with the highest quality standards. To lead the Nomadom Cospaces project, joined Borja Tomás Die, a professional who specializes in the sector and, having passed CBRE and his final phase as Director of Deloitte Real Estate in the Valencian and Murcia community, took on the leadership of this new project, as well as the property manager of Grupo Gimeno.

In this sense, Tomás notes that “this opening corresponds to the initial phase of the project that seeks to continue to incorporate new first-level assets dedicated to the creation of co-working spaces and coloring.” Similarly, regarding the selection of Valencia to host its first space, it states that “this city was chosen due to its strong innovative, technological and commercial nature, which already includes knowledge, talent and companies to be able to put the region on a national and international map.”

As the space manager emphasizes, “There are currently many professionals and independent companies in Valencia who are looking for environments that provide flexibility and high performance for their teams.”
