Brand: Sixers sign free agent swingman Miles

Swingman Isaiah Miles has spent time with the 76ers in summer league, as well as overseas.

The Philadelphia 76ers have signed swingman Isaiah Miles, general manager Elton Brand said in a news release.

Miles, 25, is 6-foot-7 and went undrafted out of nearby St. Joe’s in 2016. He has spent his entire career overseas, most recently with French club Limoges CSP.

He appeared in four games with the Orlando Magic’s summer team in July, and has also spent time with the 76ers’ summer squad.

He has also played professionally for U┼čak Sportif (Turkey) and JDA Dijon Basket (France).

The 76ers mostly like Miles for his 3-point marksmanship, as he shot 41 percent on threes last season in France.

While details of Miles’ contract weren’t released, it is believed he is being signed to a make-good, non-guaranteed training camp contract.
