Free agent center Mozgov signs with Russian club

Former NBA center Timofey Mozgov has agreed to a deal with Khimki Moscow.

Free agent center Timofey Mozgov has signed with Russian club Khimki Moscow, the team announced in a news release.

Mozgov, 33, has spent 10 seasons in the NBA, most recently with the Brooklyn Nets in 2017-18. He averaged 4.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 31 appearances with the Nets.

He has also spent time with the Orlando Magic, Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets and New York Knicks. Mozgov won a championship with the Cavs in 2016.

He also played for Khimki from 2006-10.
