Retired Gen. Jose Reyes, who served for seven months as Reyes, chief corporate services officer at LUMA Energy, no longer holds that position.
Today the consortium issued brief written statements stating that they thanked General Reyes for his service to Puerto Rico and LUMA.
“He is a proven leader and we have all benefited greatly from his experience and wisdom during his tenure and wish him the best in his next chapter. All of us at LUMA will continue to focus on carrying out the critical work to create a stronger, more robust community.” LUMA noted that it is flexible for Puerto Rico.
This is the second resignation of the consortium's senior management within one month.
