Jefferson agrees to two-way contract with Magic

Free agent forward Amile Jefferson has signed another two-way deal with the Magic.

Free agent big man Amile Jefferson has agreed to a two-way contract to return to the Orlando Magic, according to Roy Parry of the Orlando Sentinel.

Jefferson, 26, also spent last season on a two-way deal with the Magic, spending most of his time with Orlando’s G League franchise in Lakeland, Fla.

He averaged 18.1 points and 11.3 rebounds in 34 games with the Lakeland Magic, appearing in 12 games with the Orlando Magic.

He went undrafted in 2016 out of Duke, where he earned a master’s degree in Christian Studies.

The Magic also reportedly signed free agent guard Josh Magette to a two-way deal earlier in the week.
