The Sacramento Kings have waived swingman Hollis Thompson and point guard Tyler Ulis, the team announced in a news release.
The moves puts their roster at the league-mandated 15.
Thompson is 6-foot-8 and spent time with the Kings in summer league, averaging 12.7 points in the Sacramento league and 10.8 points in the Las Vegas league. He has also spent time with the Philadelphia 76ers and New Orleans Pelicans, as well as overseas.
Ulis is 5-9 and has spent time with the Phoenix Suns and Chicago Bulls.
Per JD Shaw of HoopsRumors: “Power forward Tyler Lydon will likely be awarded with Sacramento’s final roster spot as a result of the transactions.”
