The Charlotte Hornets have signed rookie swingmen and twin brothers Caleb Martin and Cody Martin, the team announced in a news release.
Cody was selected by the Hornets in the second round (No. 36 overall) He landed a three-year contract, according to Shams Charania of Stadium.
Caleb will receive a partially guaranteed deal, Charania added. He is also a candidate to fill the team’s available two-way spot.
Both Martins just finished a four-year run at Nevada playing for former NBA coach Eric Musselman (now at Arkansas). Both are 6-foot-7.
Cody averaged 12.1 points, 4.9 assists and 4.5 rebounds as a senior, while Caleb put up 19.2 points and 5.1 boards.
