The Utah Jazz have waived guard David Stockton, according to a report from Shams Charania of Stadium.
Stockton is the son of Hall-of-Famer and Jazz legend John Stockton. The move comes as no surprise, as David Stockton has already signed with German club Medi Bayreuth.
Stockton, 27, went undrafted out of Gonzaga in 2014. He signed two 10-day contracts with the Jazz last season, appearing in three games and signing for the year in April. His contract was non-guaranteed for 2018-19.
He has also played for the Sacramento Kings, as well as the Reno Bighorns of the G-League.
