Robinson III agrees to two-year contract with Warriors

Glenn Robinson III appeared in 47 games with the Pistons last season.

Free agent swingman Glenn Robinson III has agreed to two-year contract with the Golden State Warriors, according to Shams Charania of Stadium.

The deal reportedly includes a player option at the end of the first year.

The Detroit Pistons declined their team option on Robinson last week.

Robinson signed a two-year deal with the Pistons last summer, but barely contributed this past season with an average of 4.2 points in 47 appearances.

His option was worth about $4.3 million.

Robinson, 25, has also spent time with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers and Indiana Pacers. He appeared in three playoff games vs. the Bucks and averaged 4.3 points.
