In the city of Luhansk, the Ukrainian military said Russian forces were using the maternity wards of two hospitals to treat wounded soldiers.

Kharkiv region
A 62-year-old civilian was killed in the city of Vovsansk as a result of shelling, the military administration of the Kharkiv region said on Tuesday. An 83-year-old woman was the only one injured. According to regional authorities, his condition is stable.
A police building, apartment buildings and warehouses were damaged in the shelling.
In Kubyansk, the regional building of Ukrainian Railways and private houses were damaged, according to regional authorities.
