The Denver Nuggets worked out free agent point guard Trevon Duval last week, sources told Ben Stinar of Amico Hoops.
Duval is 6-foot-2 and went undrafted out of Duke in 2018. The former McDonald’s All-American appeared in three games with the Milwaukee Bucks last season. He is the lone player in Duke history to go undrafted as a one-and-done.
Duval spent most of last season with the Wisconsin Herd and Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the G League.
“He will continue to work out with NBA teams this week,” Stinar reported. “Teams love his ability to finish at the rim and athleticism.”
